Throughout the year, she works to support the development of children aged 2–10. The child of a Board of Education member, Tamar has always had a passion for early childhood education. Where is the Sun? was inspired by her students’ need for joy in the quarantine era. She is also the author of The Adventures of Bree and Tae: The Great Golden Banana. Tamar lives in South Plainfield, New Jersey with her cousins and their puppy, Teddy.
